Carter Greenbaum
Carter has successfully represented multinational financial institutions, venture capital firms, manufacturers, and the world’s largest technology corporations in bet-the-company litigation. He has substantial experience in consumer protection and data privacy involving enforcement actions by the Federal Trade Commission and the New York Attorney General, and in class actions. He also routinely advises clients on high-stakes matters involving contract disputes, class actions, collection, advertising, and privacy best practices. Carter has extensive courtroom experience, and has argued before numerous federal and state trial courts, the New York and New Jersey appellate divisions, and numerous JAMS and ICC arbitration panels.

Casey Olbrantz
Casey is a creative problem solver with a wide-ranging track record of success across a diverse range of practice areas and industries. He represents companies and individuals—whether plaintiffs or defendants—in high-stakes pre-litigation matters, complex civil disputes, and international and domestic arbitration. His core practice centers on commercial litigation and class actions, including matters involving breaches of contract, trade practices, M&A disputes, fraud, consumer protection, and business torts. Throughout his career, Casey has also regularly handled soft IP disputes, civil antitrust cases, and appeals.

Giorgio Traini
Giorgio is a litigation consultant who focuses on developing the firm’s class action pipeline. He joined GO Law after spending over five years as a litigation associate at Paul Weiss, where he litigated high-stakes commercial disputes and complex white-collar matters.
