Greenbaum Olbrantz LLP is investigating OnlyFans, a popular internet content service, for allegedly misleading customers who purchased monthly subscriptions for “creator” content.
OnlyFans users report they were misled into paying for monthly subscriptions, only to find the creator’s available content was not as advertised. GO Law is investigating whether OnlyFans’ paid subscription practices violate consumer protection laws and breach its contractual commitments to consumers.
Have You Been Affected?
If you paid for an OnlyFans subscription and canceled it because you were disappointed with the available content — or did not receive all of the content that was advertised — you may have legal rights and could be eligible to join an OnlyFans class action lawsuit.
