OnlyFans Under Investigation for Deceptive Subscription Practices

Greenbaum Olbrantz LLP is investigating OnlyFans, a popular internet content service, for allegedly misleading customers who purchased monthly subscriptions for “creator” content.

OnlyFans users report they were misled into paying for monthly subscriptions, only to find the creator’s available content was not as advertised. GO Law is investigating whether OnlyFans’ paid subscription practices violate consumer protection laws and breach its contractual commitments to consumers.
